An Aluminium Extrusion Die is a solid or hollow metal that we customize according to your requirements. Its main uses include stamping or cutting aluminium extrusion shapes, embossing, drawing wires, pressing, and more.
We support our customers during die manufacturing process by producing dies under tight tolerances using CAD/CAM software with latest technology. With our well experienced technical staff, we are able to produce dies in house and we also collaborate with leading local and international sources. As a result, we are able to provide flexible delivery terms and take immediate action for die modification in case of customer requests.
Achieving high quality material at the extrusion stage depends on die production and design which are the most important processes before extrusion. Optical Measurement Control Device
We use an optical measuring device that provides quality control application in aluminium extrusion lines. The device can make measurement without being affected by environmental conditions such as temperature, dust and vibration.It also detects errors which can be occured in the production process with combination of hardware and software.This device solution eliminates the risk of the human and provides the advantage of in terms of time,prestige and cost.
Software contains recording dimention reports of each measurements so results are providing traceability of dimentional control.
Components of an Aluminium Extrusion Die
There are several components of stamping dies that we incorporate into our manufacturing process to ensure they are up to standard. These include:
Die Sets, Plates, and Shoes
- Bushings and Guide Pins
- Heel Plates and Blocks
- Screws, Keys, and Dowels

- Spools, Keepers, and Shoulder Bolts

Types of aluminium extrusion die include:
Simple: One operation can be fulfilled by only one stroke
- Combination: For multiple forms and cutting operations with one stroke for deep drawing, blanking, punching, and bending
- Compound: For multiple operations with one stroke
- Progressive: Can perform multiple cutting operations with one stroke, but blanking would be the last operation due to the progression of punch sheets and stages
- Transfer: Can perform multiple cutting operations with one stroke, but blanking would be the first operation
- Multiple: Various dies are attached in parallel to produce more components
