To ensure that our products will reach their destination without harm, we offer tailor made packaging solutions in accordance to our customer’s requirements.

We have a computer based automated packaging units that offers to our customers a wide range of packaging solutions.

If you cannot decide on your packaging, Erdoganlar can suggest the best packaging type according to the profile shape or customer’s requirement or you can always free to ask to sue your current design.

External Packaging

Aluminium profiles include wooden belts, plastic wrap, cardboard box, stretch film wrap and more,

• WOODEN BELTS
  We achieve stability of the package and each package secured with a plastic strap to prevent any damage during transportation.
• PLASTIC WRAP
  The package is wrapped all around with nylon for protection from moisture and dust.
• WOODEN PALLET UNDER THE PACKAGE
  Provide stability and protection of the package during transport with forklifts.
• STRETCH FILM WRAP
  The package is wrapped around with stretch film if customer requires this package type by using stretch film throughout the profile and avoid any friction between profiles in the package.

Special Methods

• WOODEN BOXES
  We advise to place the package into wooden boxes during transportation if customer requires high protection. Recommended for airfreight shipments.
• CARDBOARD BOX
  Cardboard is used to prevent errors/damage that may occur due to friction between the profiles.
• METAL RACK
• SPECIAL EXTERNAL PACKAGING
  We provide finished assembled packaging solutions according to customers’ demands. Reference; DIY shop

Internal Packaging

Our internal packaging options for include paper layer separation, paper interleave, wrapped with crepe paper, cardboard strip layer

• BARE PROFILES
  Profiles are stacked together with no internal separation between them. We recommend this type of packaging. Recommended for mill finish profiles.
• PAPER INTERLEAVE
  Thin paper interleave the aluminium profiles to provide extra protection of visible surface.
• WRAPPED PROFILES
  Profiles are wrapped with crepe paper or nylon. We use thin paper interleave between the profiles to provide additional protection from friction.
• CARDBOARD STRIP LAYER
  Provides horizontal protection between layers. (The distance between cardboard strips is at the discretion of the packers)
• SHRINK
• PROTECTIVE TAPE

According to the customer’s request, a protective tape is applied to the surface specified in the desired structural properties.

Advised Instructions

• STORING
  The temperature of the environment is an important factor to prevent possible corrosion and storage should be done in a dry area.
• TRANSPORT DAMAGE
  The customer must report immediately any visible damage that can be seen as having occurred during transportation. This notification should be marked on the delivery paperwork accordingly
